All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please contact our Customer Support team at (561) 417-0200. A representative will provide your RMA number along with return instructions. Returns received without an RMA may not be accepted.

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund, less original shipping charges and a $5.00 handling fee.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Returns must include the unused portion of the product and original packaging, where applicable.

Hairmax reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
